Here at DigitalBinx we‘re constantly growing and today we’re happy to unveil a brand-new client!

Let us introduce you to HOP! A Vietnamese takeaway restaurant in the heart of Liverpool Street for people on the go, serving food that’s not only healthy but fast, fresh and fearless. Cherished recipes are prepared quickly for a working community on the move, a concept that has long been a part of the modern Vietnamese food culture.

Founded by Paul Hopper after travelling to Vietnam in 2012, he wanted to recreate the vibrant and delicious food he discovered as well as recreating the community feel that helped create and evolve HOP.

HOP can be enjoyed throughout the day. Whether it’s a business breakfast styled savoury congee with boiled egg, bacon and crispy shallot or a range of tasty hot meal boxes that include lemongrass and chicken or vegetable and herb curry for lunch, there are plenty of choices to fit into your busy schedule!
